Join KIWI Eco Box by visiting our webpage and clicking on Subscribe. Complete your account information and shipping details. The last step is to add your billing information and submit the form. Just a few simple steps, and you will be a part of KIWI Eco Family! Together, we are changing this planet to a better place. As a reminder, this is a subscription which automatically renews until you cancel through your online account.
KIWI Eco Box contains eco-friendly, zero-waste, compostable and biodegradable products that you usually use in your daily routine. Every month we will update the box by switching 3-4 different items.
When you first subscribe, the first box of the subscription is shipped the 15th of the month. If you ordered before the 12th of the month, you receive your first box on the 15th of the current month and are re-billed on the 1st of the following month, and the first of each month going forward. If you ordered after the 12th of the month, you receive your box on the 15th of the following month and are re-billed on the 1st of the month after that. For quarterly and yearly subscriptions you are re-billed on the same day you subscribed after 3 months and 1 year accordingly.
The shipping day is always the same - on 15th of every month.
Kiwi Eco Box ships nationwide. If you live outside of the United States, please send us an email, or reach to us through social media, we will organize a delivery for you.
Login into your account by clicking on the account icon on the right side of the menu. And then, click on Manage Subscription button.
There are no cancelation fees and you may cancel your membership at any time through your online account. If you cancel online after the bill date, the cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, it does not cancel any paid or pending charges.
KIWI Eco Box subscription purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. This includes subscription boxes, shipping, and taxes. If you have received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us at hello@kiwiecocox.com so that we can get you a replacement item that is the same or comparable to the item that was damaged. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
